Motorized Rception Counter
Installation Process
The original prototype of the reception table was from the client's headquarters in Singapore, as part of our scope of works we had adapted and fabricated the same process to their BGC office.
Step 1. Fabrication
Based on the approved drawings, there are two components that makes up this reception table:
These components are separately fabricated and combined on final assembly

Fixed Base
Motorized table with approx. weight capacity of 125 kgs.
Step 2. Solid surface interface
The reception table carcass is sent to our solid surface supplier. Due to the nature of the design (from which the base is the only fixed component), we opted to use 6mm thick solid surface for lighter weight resulting to smooth mechanism within the motorized table itself.
Step 3. Installation
Installed based on the components, the mechanism is checked in order to test the workability of the motorized table. Handover also includes manual and written instructions on how to use and maintain it.
