CNC Router

Edgeband Machine
Our edge bander is a versatile machine that can handle bulk work and multiple patterns in one furniture piece. It reinforces the edges of plywood panels, particle boards, or MDF, making them more durable and less to damage. With a 1.2kgs capacity glue tank, pre-milling, auto gluing, edge cutting, end trimming, corner rounding, flush trimming, scraping, and buffing functions, it is a complete solution for edge banding. The user-friendly adjustment with numerical indicators and touch screen (optional) display for all operations makes it easy to use. The PLC parameter setting and temperature control bring stable and reliable working conditions, which raise the quality of your products while saving time.



Hot Press Machine
Our heat hydraulic press is designed to handle extensive plywood production work and is powered by oil pressure and compressed air. The advanced electronic control system allows for easy processing and manufacturing of wood, pressing laminates and veneers on plywood, MDF and other various man-made boards. The frame is made up of the whole with steel plate, and the whole structure is reasonable, and the two working tables can be used the cycle.
